Bug Description

Item components configured in server 1.21.11 cannot be used properly in client 1.21.1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. The server version is purpur1.21.11
2. Add a component to items that hides attribute_modifiers.
3. View using client version 1.21.11 and client version 1.21.1 respectively.
4. Item components in client 1.21.11 are working correctly; item components in client 1.21.1 are displaying incorrectly.
