Fix A2A fulfillment line_item_ids to reference checkout line items

Description

Fixes the A2A business agent sample so fulfillment line_item_ids reference checkout line item IDs instead of product IDs. This keeps fulfillment group/method references aligned with the checkout line items and the UCP fulfillment object semantics.
