The property file is created relative to the working directory, which does not work correctly in case of a multi-module project or when running from the project's parent directory:
"Because the mvn command started on the multiproject dir A, but the plugin running in the submodule subdir B uses the working dir, so that file ends up at A/target/.../timefold-build.properties instead of A/B/target/.../timefold-build.properties".
