Classic MS Server Admin turned DevOps / Cloud / Open Source enthusiast, from BY/Germany.
My job is mostly walking into someone's tenant with a flashlight and a suspiciously long PowerShell script, and walking back out with something that still works after I leave (mostly).
What I do
- ☁️ Enterprise Azure deployments. Landing zones, hub-and-spoke, Terraform, Infracost before someone discovers Premium SSDs. Built to survive the person who built it.
- 🏢 Enterprise M365 rollouts & migrations. Exchange, Teams, Intune, Purview, Entra ID. Thousands of mailboxes, zero "have you tried logging out and back in".
- 🔗 Graph API & REST APIs. I speak fluent
@odata.nextLink, I have opinions about delta queries, and I've made peace with HTTP 429. Retry-After is not a suggestion. - 🔧 Automation as a personality trait. If I do it twice, it becomes a module. See FabricTools — ~211 cmdlets so nobody has to click through the Fabric portal again. Also mcp-nomad and other small helpers that do the boring parts while I take the credit.
- 🔐 Secrets & platform plumbing. Vault, Consul, etcd. Nothing lives in a document called
Passwords_FINAL_v3.xlsx. - 🧩 Business problems > IT problems. Half of "we need a new tool" is a process with two steps in the wrong order. I find them, I swap them, nobody buys a tool.
Every locked door in an enterprise tenant is really just a permission you haven't been granted yet. Most of consulting is figuring out which one.

Private stuff
- Living and working in BY/Germany
- Gaming, mainly Old-School / Retro: Super Metroid, Dead Cells, Hollow Knight, Pokémon, ZZZ
- Yes, I do my ZZZ dailies before my standup. Both are 15 minutes and both involve grinding.
- I design highly available systems for a living and still lost my 50/50. Some coin flips have no failover, no retry policy and no post-mortem. Pity is the only SLA I fully trust.
- Still trying to catch all the certs. Some of them are shiny.
