Bumps sylphx-mcp-kit to 0.7.0, deletes lockdocs' own QueryModel copy (re-exported from mcp_kit::embed) and replaces the private floor_char with mcp_kit::search::floor_char (its only call site is guarded by len > 16 KiB, so the clamp never differs). cargo test --workspace --locked and clippy -D warnings pass.
