This PR adds my final evaluation blog post for Summer of Bitcoin 2026, detailing the second half of my work on Floresta.
It covers the completion of the systematic error handling overhaul across all remaining modules (
floresta-watch-only,floresta-wire,floresta-electrum, andfloresta-node), the design of the cross-module error hierarchy, and the final strict compiler lint enforcement.
