Picks up library PR #13: the strided kron layout's col_inv fix (matmul's chain-rule Jacobian term (Y^T kron I_m) J_f no longer carries spurious structural zeros) and the move of YT_kron_I_* / I_kron_X_* to the library's tests/legacy, which the engine no longer calls.
