What

Point DecisionTarget.openrouter() at the promoted System One route.

The OpenAPI specs confirm /api/alpha/decisions and /api/v1/systemone share the same DecisionsRequest wire format; /v1/systemone is the superset (bare jev-1.13 model ids auto-map to typesafe/, response adds provider and usage.cost) while the alpha group is tagged legacy. It is also the exact route vLLM and Ollama expose for decision models, so the engine now uses one canonical endpoint regardless of host.

  • OPENROUTER_DECISIONS_URL -> OPENROUTER_SYSTEMONE_URL = https://openrouter.ai/api/v1/systemone
  • test assertion updated

Why

Fixes gap 1 of #107 (legacy alpha URL in DecisionTarget.openrouter).

Verification

uv run pytest tests/test_decision_target.py -q -> 22 passed. Full suite: only pre-existing failure is tests/test_otlp_auth.py::test_ephemeral_receiver_basic_auth_401_and_200, which fails identically on unmodified main (env-related, unrelated to this change). ruff check clean.

(bare "jev-1.13" ids auto-map to "typesafe/", provider routing and

OpenRouter-hosted decision models.
