Add the standalone apps that were missing (Airtable, Earthquake, Frankfurter Exchange Rates, Meal Schedules, OpenSky Flight Map, Power BI Legacy, Puzzel Dashboard, Salesforce, Shopify Dashboard, Slack Messages) and the in-repo Instagram and Queue Management System apps, and fix links to renamed repos (8bit-fireplace-app, clock-app, wifi-connect-app).
