I was trying to install MeshFields using spack and got this error:

Fixes:

• The conditional for finding the Cabana dependency was corrected to use the CMake variable substitution @MeshFields_USE_Cabana@ instead of the non-expanded MeshFields_USE_Cabana, ensuring the check works as intended during configuration.
• The include("${CMAKE_CURRENT_LIST_DIR}/meshfields-targets.cmake") and check_required_components(meshfields) statements were moved to after the dependency checks for better ordering and to ensure all dependencies are found before targets are included.
