Window ventilation mode (partial open) #36

Add the 'Ventilation' feature, which lowers the windows slightly. control_windows only supports open and close today (WINDOW_OPEN_CLOSE = 13). The request format for partial opening is unknown.

Part of #26. Needs a live capture of the iSmart app traffic from an MG S6 (to be done separately).
