The Airway query needs to be written to get the right data
Definition of Done
- The Airway query returns the tube size for both ETT and Tracheostomy (and it doesn't return nonsense for Tracheostomy)

We use flowsheet row ID for the tube size, which gets the correct thing when it is tracheostomy.
If we use the flowsheet row for airway, then we get an ETT reading, but not tracheostomy reading.
