  1. adds semantic headings, navigation landmarks, breadcrumbs
  2. improves text and control contrast
  3. adds accessibility-focused component tests
  4. introduces eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y and Playwright axe scans in non-blocking/report-only mode. I will change mode after all fixes
