What changed
Removed the Auto tool approvals experiment switch from Settings → Experimental. Manual per-tool approval controls remain available.
Why this change was made
PR #3169 made manual per-tool approvals generally available while keeping Auto as a separate experiment. Hiding the experiment switch keeps Auto unavailable for new opt-ins in the upcoming release.
Impact
Admins can no longer enable the Auto experiment from Experimental settings. Existing experiment state and Auto-mode behavior are unchanged; manual per-tool approvals continue to work as before.
