[Improve] Clarify task and judgment model setup copy

What changed

• Clarifies that the setup choice controls task inference, while managed Roomote Cloud separately uses Kev as the default hosted judgment model unless another judgment route is configured.
• States that the hosted judgment endpoint does not retain decision text and names TypeSafe, OpenRouter, and Vercel AI Gateway as supported alternatives.
• Renames the two setup choices so users can distinguish Roomote trial task inference from bringing their own task-inference provider.
• Pins the existing root @smithy/types override to 4.15.1, removing the duplicate 4.14.3 lockfile resolution that broke the AWS SDK test types.

Why this change was made

The onboarding copy previously conflated general task inference with the specialized judgment model restored by PR #3112. The dependency pin is a separate, minimal maintenance fix required for the repository's pre-push typecheck to pass without bypassing hooks.

Impact

The existing onboarding callbacks and inference behavior are unchanged; only the Cloud-specific explanation and labels are clearer. Focused onboarding tests, lint, formatting, and the full pre-push checks pass. Browser proof was unavailable because the local setup fixture could not render the changed inference state, so no screenshot evidence is included.
