I'm working on build caching right now that will remove api generated artifacts from the commit. This will drop the green +LoC by over 7k |

This PR is to test CI run that adds substantial e2e frontend testing.
It also cleanly separates the go middleware from the svelte frontend. This means the GUI is replaceable or others can write tools (like a terminal ncurses interface or something) as the industry accepted design pattern.
