- scripts/build_datasets.py: builds all_teams (7-class), all_classes (9-class) and player_ref (2-class) YOLO datasets from the raw T1 match data, 80/20 split, seed 42 - scripts/train.py: trains YOLO11s on a built dataset (T1 recipe) - scripts/track_video.py: runs detection + ByteTrack on match footage, writes H.264 annotated video and tracking CSV - scripts/download_data.py: restores data/datasets/models from the shared Google Drive backup - docs: setup, dataset specs, training results - gitignore: cover datasets/, models/, outputs/
Fragmented MP4 (used so partial output survives interruption) causes blocky playback in some players. Stream-copy remux on completion keeps both properties.
