- actions/checkout → v7 in all 4 workflow files (ci.yml, format-suggest.yaml, quarto_schemas.yaml, selene.yml)
- JohnnyMorganz/stylua-action → v5 in ci.yml
- NTBBloodbath/selene-action replaced with a direct selene binary install in selene.yml
