Rename references to CryptoLivePoolPipelines

Summary:

• Rename in-repo docs, security/contribution notes, operator text, and monthly release messaging to CryptoLivePoolPipelines.
• Keep live_pool/artifact contract names unchanged; this PR is repository naming and operator-facing text only.
• Update monthly report bundle fixture text to match the renamed release message.

Tests:

• timeout 120 env PYTHONPATH=/home/ubuntu/Projects/CryptoLivePoolPipelines /usr/bin/python3 -m unittest tests.test_monthly_publish_workflow_config tests.test_monthly_report_bundle -v
