idk what are the other dependency folders for other languages, i only stole Node and Rust

i mean like .iso, .raw, etc
.isos will just be in github releases, not the source, right?

Summary
Pretty self-explanatory, just adds a
.gitignorefile partially stolen from https://github.com/github/gitignore. Currently has files for languages like Rust and NodeJS.
