Motivation
This PR updates the README.md with additional information on how to use the Leo CLI and JS/TS SDK to interact with a devnode server. Additionally, a new command keyword was added --
aleo-devnode accounts-- which displays all 50 seeded accounts. The first five are listed in the README.md.Closes #1
