Prepare the isolated 0.3.0 candidate catalog needed to exercise AWS installation before release publication. It binds the exact merged public source, analyzer and supervisor digests, schema-2 requirements, and immutable CRD bytes. The inventory includes the successful candidate workflow and anonymous image execution checks from EKS.
The stable catalog is unchanged. Canonical acceptance is explicitly incomplete, and unpublished chart/archive metadata is omitted. The existing supervisor supports this candidate path by rendering its workloads directly; no fake acceptance evidence or publication bypass is introduced.
