Bumps the version to 1.12.1 in package.json, package-lock.json, the mod's plugin.json and the four bundled plugins' plugin.json, as 1.12.0 did. Merging publishes to npm and creates the GitHub release with notes generated from the merged PRs.

What ships since 1.12.0 (#171–#175):
