Replaces the /contribute_ss.webp placeholder on each of these apps with the WebP screenshots now hosted in kazam0180/linux-app-shots. Descriptions rewritten where the synced text was duplicated (aegisub), a bare tagline (agent-pulse, agent-loom), or marketing copy that did not describe the app (afsplug). The other descriptions were already accurate and are left alone. aero-sync is not included: no usable screenshot could be found in its repo or on the web.
