Laravel 13.36.0 is out; the framework version tracks Laravel's, so this release is v13.36.0.
illuminate/*^13.35→^13.36, README and CHANGELOG updated. Locally on laravel/framework 13.36.0: PHPStan, Rector and Pint clean, Pest 1885 passed. The 11 failures are the Async/ModuleConnectors tests that needpdo_sqlite, which my local PHP lacks (could not find driver); CI runs them.
