Migrate from Docusaurus to Fumadocs on React Router - #40
Conversation
- React Router v8 in SPA mode with every page prerendered, Fumadocs UI and Fumadocs MDX; the static site is still built into build/ - Shiki syntax highlighting (VS Code grammars) instead of Prism - content moved to content/docs as MDX, keeping the same URLs, titles and sidebar order; admonitions became <Callout>, magic comments became Shiki [!code] notations, relative links became absolute URLs - static Orama search, Mermaid diagrams, llms.txt and Copy Markdown - PUBLIC_URL still sets the base path for PR previews

WalkthroughThe pull request replaces the Docusaurus site with a React Router and Fumadocs static site. It adds documentation, search, and LLM routes; MDX rendering components; and build steps for static output. Existing documentation content and navigation metadata are converted to the new format. Priority: ➖ Normal Change: Feature Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to The migration is largely sound. One page has a duplicated title. An invalid Mermaid diagram could replace the whole documentation page with an error instead of failing only the diagram. These are small fixes and can be made before merge or as an immediate follow-up. Pre-merge checks |

- one-screen homepage: headline, Get started and a search CTA, links to the three sections, slim footer - every neutral color tinted with the PoliNetwork blue, with a lighter primary in dark mode for readable links
- Callout component with a tinted background, a thick left border and an uppercase label per type (note, tip, info, important, warning, caution, danger); the Fumadocs type names still work as aliases - restore the original admonition types, which the migration had merged
Keep the Fumadocs callout layout, icons and titles; tint the background and border with the type color, make the accent bar and title solid, and raise the body text contrast. important uses the brand blue.
The page sits in a rounded panel whose header holds the breadcrumb, the table-of-contents dropdown, the GitHub link and an options menu with the theme switch (they used to be in the sidebar footer). The sections get icons in the sidebar switcher.

13-16: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | 💤 Low valueDo not delete the first basename segment as a whole when assets may share it.
Line 15 recursively removes
build/client/<first segment of PUBLIC_URL>. WithPUBLIC_URL=/preview/PoliNetworkOrg/docs/pr/99, it removesbuild/client/preview. Line 14 copies only the pages to the root, so that removal is correct only if the directory contains nothing else. The tree can contain other files under that segment. For example,public/preview/...assets would be copied there unchanged. In that case the build silently loses them. This is a narrow case. Removing only the exact prefix directory and then pruning empty parents is safer.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win
Keep a failed diagram from replacing its documentation page.
If a chart has invalid Mermaid syntax, mermaid.render() can reject. React propagates a rejected Promise read by use() to an error boundary. No diagram-level error boundary is shown, so the error can replace the documentation page rather than only the diagram. Add a local error fallback that preserves the page and displays the chart source. (react.dev)

Include the diagram instance ID in the render cache key.
If the same chart appears twice in one page, both instances receive the first mermaid.render(id, chart) result. Their SVGs then reuse IDs, although each instance has a different useId() value. This can break SVG references and diagram accessibility labels. Include id in the render cache key so each instance receives its own SVG. Mermaid-generated accessibility labels use IDs derived from the diagram ID. (mermaid.js.org)

Remove the duplicate # ToDo Backend heading.
Frontmatter now sets the title, and the page renderer shows DocsTitle. The body still starts with # ToDo Backend on line 5, so the title appears twice. Line 5 also begins with a BOM character (). A BOM after the frontmatter can break heading parsing. Delete the line.
