Tests set APP_ENV/APP_DEBUG/CORS_ALLOWED_ORIGINS as real environment variables (precedence over .env); CI also runs the suite with .env copied from .env.example, as in a created project. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
