Description

Implements SPEC-112 (decouple logging from pivotphp-core):

• LoggingServiceProvider: No longer creates directories or files on disk at container boot.
• NullLogger fallback: Defaults to zero I/O overhead Psr\Log\NullLogger.
• pivotphp/logger integration: Automatically delegates to PivotPHP\Logger\LoggerFactory when installed.
• Legacy BC: Respects LOG_PATH in environment if configured.
• Deprecation: Marks PivotPHP\Core\Logging\PsrLogger as @deprecated since 5.2.0, will be removed in 6.0.0.
• Dependencies: Suggests pivotphp/logger: ^0.1, broadens psr/log to ^1.1|^2.0|^3.0.
• Version bump: Bumped to 5.2.0 in VERSION, Application::VERSION, docs, and changelog.
• Tests: 403 tests passing, PHPStan level 9 clean (0 errors), validate_project.php 100% OK.
