chore(dev): pin PHP 8.4.27 to patch php2shell - #84

CVE-2026-109618 / CVE-2026-109619 are unauthenticated RCEs in PHP before 8.4.27, and this env runs Apache mod_php, the highest-risk SAPI. Pinning the patch tag stops a stale cached php:8.4-apache layer from being reused. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Pins the
dev/image tophp:8.4.27-apache, the release that fixes php2shell (CVE-2026-109618, CVE-2026-109619): two unauthenticated RCEs in PHP, already exploited in the wild. The env uses Apache mod_php, which is the highest-risk setup for these bugs.I pinned the exact patch tag instead of
8.4-apacheso a stale cached base image can't be reused.Module code is unaffected: this is a PHP runtime bug, and the module needs no change.
