[fix] allow CodeRabbit to review Contribution guides

Summary

Allow CodeRabbit to review the three contribution-guide files in PR #101.

Changes

• remove the conflicting global Markdown exclusion
• keep Markdown under pages/ excluded
• explicitly include AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, and .github/copilot-instructions.md

Why this is separate

CodeRabbit resolves path filters from the base branch for this fork PR. The configuration must therefore land on main before a real review of #101 can be triggered.

Validation

• parsed as YAML
• validated against the official CodeRabbit schema v2
• exact three-file allowlist asserted
• git diff --check
