Records confirmed npm publication of coding-agent-skills@0.2.20 under latest from canonical merge 1d17b28.
The evidence includes SHA-256, npm integrity and signature, staged package ID, publisher and publication time. All 538 packed files matched the exact source. A fresh-cache registry installation, CLI help, packaged validation and npm audit signatures passed. Source release tests (97) and merge CI also passed.
Maintainer 2FA approval was preserved; the temporary npm login has been logged out and removed. This is a documentation-only change. The authenticated GitHub account has pull-only canonical permissions, so a canonical release artifact and this evidence merge remain maintainer actions.
