Move the tutorial from nc_spm_08_grass7 to raleigh_northcarolina_usa_epsg6542 and work in its mapset_1. The new schools layer flags levels with elem, middle and high instead of a single GLEVEL column, so the elementary selection uses elem = 'yes'. Major roads are extracted from the OpenStreetMap roads by their highway class. The ZIP code areas extend beyond the study area while the schools and roads stop at its edge, so they are clipped to the region first. Without that, the per-ZIP school counts would undercount the ZIP codes cut by the edge. The scale bar shows 5 km, since the default 10 km bar no longer fit the narrower maps, and sits bottom left where it covers no school.

Moves the vector analysis tutorial to the new Raleigh dataset, as offered in #136.
elem = 'yes'instead ofGLEVELhighwayAll numbers and tables come from running the cells, and I double checked the main counts with v.distance and v.what.vect.
I left viewshed on its own data. It's built around the Nantahala fire towers, and Raleigh only has about 140 m of relief against roughly 1160 m there.
