Description:

The existing patch no longer applies to the latest conda-forge feedstock. Refresh the recipe context against conda-forge/nvidia-dali-python-feedstock at 1b7e8be6f03c0418a73843965efa8f3c1ae0c06b, preserving the local-source and build metadata adaptations. Update the CUDA 13 variant filename to match the feedstock.
