Spotlight: msg and calloff commands, help modal - #563

Conversation
- msg <team> opens the Send SMS dialog for a team. - calloff <team> <incident> (either order) offers only taskings that can be called off (Tasked/En route) and opens a Call off dialog that needs a reason; it submits through the tasking's own status update. - radio and calloff share one team+incident parser; fixes radio throwing when the incident is typed before the team. - ? button (or ? in an empty search) opens a Spotlight commands modal listing every command, search fields and keys; clicking a command returns to Spotlight with it typed in. - LAD guide, What's New and lad-docs screenshot shots for the above. What's new
msg <team>opens the Send SMS dialog for that team. This is the same dialog as the team's SMS button.calloff <team> <incident>(in either order) calls a team off an incident. Only taskings that can be called off (Tasked or En route) are offered, and Spotlight says why when there's nothing to call off. Enter opens a Call off dialog where the reason is required. It submits through the tasking's ownupdateTaskingStatus, so the request is the samePUT …/Tasking/{id}/Calloffthe status dropdown sends.?typed into an empty search, opens a Spotlight commands window. It lists every command, what search covers and the keyboard shortcuts. Clicking a command goes back to Spotlight with it typed in, and Esc goes back with an empty search. The list is one array,SPOTLIGHT_COMMANDS, which also drives command autocomplete.Fix
radio <incident>(incident typed before the team) threw an error becausejobwas used before it was declared.radioandcalloffnow share one team-and-incident parser.Screenshots
