Gives Claude Code sessions from any contributor the project context: master-dev PR flow, build/lint/test commands, how to drive the scripts/lad-docs mock-Beacon harness (CLI and scripted), the fake fixture data rules, and known gotchas (knockout-secure-binding, deferUpdates, BeaconClient credentials:'omit').
