Adds project visuals and clearer technical documentation for the repository.
Includes an architecture diagram, B tree split visual, terminal workflow visual, and a performance section describing the benchmark and buffered write path.
The visuals document the current design and do not use fabricated benchmark numbers. Real terminal captures can be added once a current build is available for screenshot collection.
