🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Make ascend selectable, or document that it is gated.
This change registers the ascend platform. --hardware_platform in lightllm/server/api_cli.py accepts only ["cuda", "musa"]. The hardware_platform metadata in StartArgs lists the same two values. argparse therefore rejects --hardware_platform ascend. get_hardware_backend() cannot reach AscendBackend through the CLI.
If Ascend support is meant to be usable in this PR, add "ascend" to both choice lists. If it is intentionally unreachable for now, add a comment to say so.

Fix the Black pre-commit failure: put ... on its own line.
CI reports that Black reformatted this file. requirements.txt pins black==23.12.0. That version does not keep : ... on the def line. It moves ... to the next line.
The same one-line : ... Protocol bodies appear in ops/embedding.py, ops/norm.py, ops/rotary.py, and ops/sampling.py. Those files fail the same check. Run black on all five files and commit the result.

Keep the parameter name input. The existing kernels use it, so keyword callers depend on it. The Ruff A002 hint is a false positive here.

register_platform时只登记类(HardwareBackend子类)的路径,后续调用get_hardware_backend时才真正初始化。 --extra_ops/--extra_att(逗号分隔,对应 entry point 的左边名字)。
get_hardware_backend():先configure_plugins(),再按hardware_platform构造 backend。用法
lightllm.ops_plugin和lightllm.att_plugin。过程如下:lightllm_example_plugin.register:register_ops函数返回lightllm_example_plugin.register:register_att函数返回--extra_ops example_ops和--extra_att example_att完成注册并使用新增 backend 和算子
lightllm/platform代码。 register_platform注册类路径,参考上述说明,实际使用时检查正确性。
最后,为启动参数--hardware_platform增加启动选项。
Summary by CodeRabbit
