Sessions now retain only deployment agent-host Runtime identities. Hosted sandbox allocations own their Serve credentials independently, and cleanup releases the Session assignment without revoking the shared host. Remove tenant/guest device registration, archived-device cancellation plumbing and allocation device observations.
The unshipped cutover migration rejects live bound Sessions, preserves historical Subagent and file-write identities and Provider cleanup ownership, and refuses rollback when retained history, enrollment authority or pending cleanup cannot be represented safely. Archive cancellation still settles only from the host receipt; active Delete refuses and idle Delete requests native-home removal.
Validation: focused Go packages and 159 database integration cases passed; migration preservation/rollback cases passed against PostgreSQL; changed cancellation/allocation concurrency checks passed with race detection over 50 runs. Go build/vet, shared cross-platform builds, generated SQL/OpenAPI/client checks, client/Web checks and repository hygiene passed. Independent combined Provider/identity review completed; its rollback-enrollment finding is fixed and tested. The E2B template artifact finding is owned by the following distribution change. Live E2B/microsandbox qualification remains at final cutover.
