I opened a local development service of the company, then opened DevTools. At first, everything might be normal, but if I press CTRL+R and refresh a few times, I find that refreshing starts to become slow, and it may even stop responding to keyboard shortcuts. Then I find that panels such as Sources and Network display blank. Any panel that had not been visited before the freeze also becomes blank. Then the entire DevTools looks like it has taken a snapshot. The web application is all normal, but DevTools no longer updates. This situation has a chance of recovering after a few minutes to a few tens of minutes. But during this period, no obvious change in CPU load was observed, and it stayed around 20%.
I tested Chrome: 153.0.8010.53, and using the same conditions and steps, I was unable to reproduce it.
