Dev tools tabs stop rendering/updating on local sites with self-signed cert

In the last month or so, for at least two of us, the dev tools have basically become unusable on our localhost/local IP sites we use for development. They have self-signed HTTP certs.

Currently I have Edge 153.0.4234.48 (Official build) (64-bit)
Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 22631.7582 (our IT department controls this, not my choice)

Have tried an incognito tab - maybe a little better but still breaks.
Have tried resetting dev tools to defaults - no difference.

We are switching to Chrome where everything works normally.

Here is an example of a blank network tab.
It can be blank, or just showing the last thing from hours ago.
It can be be many different tabs, such as elements, console, network, etc.

Seeing this too, but without a self-signed cert. Plain HTTP on localhost. Vite, React/TS stack.

Same symptoms: ~30s from "Inspect element" to the element showing up in DevTools, same lag in the other DevTools tabs (e.g., Network and Console). Started a few days ago. At least four of us have this issue, we're also switching to Chrome as a workaround.
