- Add the `getMaxSendableAmount` client request method, returning the maximum safe amount that can be sent for TRX and TRC-20 assets with its fee quote. The maximum leaves enough TRX for the network fees and account activation (native sends) or the transfer fee (TRC-20), and the destination is conservatively assumed unactivated when omitted ([#549](https://github.com/MetaMask/internal-snaps/pull/549))
