Intel APX (Advanced Performance Extensions)

APX has some features that I'd imagine are nice for LuaJIT:

• more GPRs
• 3-operand (out, in, in) scalar instructions

The focus for v3.0 is on x86-64-v3, basically AVX2+.

It should be possible to add (optional) APX support whenever the hardware is available. But I wouldn't get my hopes up that it will make much of a performance difference (for compiled Lua code).

Anyway, marking it as an enhancement.
