Closing this stacked autofix PR without merging.

Audit result:

  • CI failed because the zero-argument test expected TIMED_OUT but received EXITED.
  • The POSIX lifecycle repair is incomplete.
  • The production changes lack the required adversarial regression coverage.

PR #10 remains unchanged. Its validated findings will be repaired separately under the controlled zero-defect workflow.
