Add libraries to ultralisp #30

I see that an error was fixed recently: 8f6a5a9

However, the quicklisp january version still contains the error and does not allow loading plot/vega.

As a long term fix and for users who want the bleeding versions of the libraries, could you please add plot as well as other libraries to ultralisp?
