chore: add Nextcloud 36 support

Closes #130

Raises the supported Nextcloud range on main to 36 only (min-version and max-version = 36), following the stable-branch split:

• stable32 → 32
• stable33 → 33
• stable34 → 34
• stable35 → 35 (pinned in chore: pin stable35 to Nextcloud 35 #181)

The CI version matrix is derived from info.xml; since nextcloud/server has no stable36 branch yet, Nextcloud 36 is tested against master.

I suggest to split into stable branches:

• stable33 min and max = 33
• stable34 min and max = 34
• stable35 min and max = 35

And maintain the main branch with min and max = 36
