Hi- I was able to edit frame rate in Motion Picture Film Information header and write the changes. In my case, changing the DPX sequence from 24 to 17 FPS. However, I cannot change frame rate in Television Information header. Only changing the frame rate in the motion picture header didn't change the overall frame rate of the DPX sequence when I imported the sequence into Davinci Resolve- the original frame rate of 24 FPS is the playback frame rate. My experience with the Colorlab DPX Metadata Edit tool on Github is that changing both the Motion Picture and the Television Information headers frame rates is needed to change the playback speed of the DPX sequence.
