Real devices:
- New docs/user-guide/mobile/real-device.md: plan requirements (KaneAI Max =
one device; KaneAI credits + Real Device Plus Automation Cloud = the plan's
parallels; extra sessions queue up to 10 minutes), quick start, device
choice, apps, TUI live view, permissions, _test.md, testrun/--remote,
limitations and troubleshooting.
- Mobile overview, remote execution, testrun, evidence, testmd, configuration,
running-tests and READMEs updated for the android/ios real-device targets.
- Skill (all three copies) and Kiro steering: Real devices section with agent
rules (mention the plan once, never retry a hub refusal, no --parallel > 1
on KaneAI Max), plus testrun/evidence/parsing/testmd/config additions.
Smart variables and objective suggestions:
- Runtime namespaces ({{global.*}}, {{environment.*}}, {{smart.*}}) and a
smart-variable table in variables-and-context.md.
- Objectives cookbook and Kiro run steering: fresh-test-data patterns and when
to suggest a smart variable in an objective.
Both features require kane-cli 0.9.0 or later.

- README: new tagline and a three-pillar section at the top: Generate (requirements → use-cases → acceptance criteria → scenarios → tests), Execute (desktop web, Android emulator, iOS simulator, real Android and iOS devices) and Prove (evidence, coverage, maintain). "Three ways" becomes "Where it fits"; the old requirements section folds into the pillars. - Skill (all three copies): description and intro lead with generation and execution on every target, plus proof. - User-guide index regrouped under Generate / Execute / Prove with the targets table; getting-started points to mobile and generation. - Kiro POWER.md, skill-installer package.json and context7.json: matching name, description and keywords. - A real-device session over the plan's devices queues for up to 15 minutes (the Appium binding's queueTimeout default, 900 s), not 10. - Real devices from any machine need only kane-cli login, except --remote, which also needs the remote-execution plugin and a HyperExecute plan. Summary
Presents kane-cli as one E2E package (generate, execute, prove), and documents two features that ship in kane-cli 0.9.0 and later: real-device runs, and smart variables in objectives. The changes cover the user guide, the kane-cli agent skill (all three copies, kept identical) and the Kiro steering files.
