Description: Substitutor is a Chrome extension designed to facilitate language learning by providing in-browser translation for text elements.

Installation:

1. Clone this repository.
2. Add your OpenAI API key.
3. Open Google Chrome and visit chrome://extensions.
4. Enable Developer Mode.
5. Click "Load Unpacked."
6. Upload this repository and load the extension.

Usage:

1. After following the installation steps, pin the extension to your Chrome toolbar.
2. Click the extension icon.
3. Use the drop-down menu and slider to select the language you want to learn and the difficulty level.
4. Wait for the extension to translate the text appropriately.
5. Translated text will be highlighted in green. Hover over it to view the original text.
