Feat(aigw): overview appdynamics

Description

I have not been able to test a full appdynamics config due to lack of access to a splunk environment. I have tried to set up trial accounts to no success. Based on this conversation I don't think this has been tested in general https://kongstrong.slack.com/archives/C0BEBVDL5TL/p1787578838774319 and the existing V1 docs have no examples or how-tos.

As a result this page just migrates the existing page adapted for AIGW V2 world. I have tested the instructions for adding the library file to a quickstart container and confirmed you can start the local DP with the KONG_PLUGINS=bundled,app-dynamics variable.
