Align the bottom track view’s CONF and Length values with the centers of their column headers, and align the Notes ellipsis with the left edge of NOTES. Match header and row widths, keep sort arrows from shifting the centered labels, and preserve column widths during inline editing.
Increase the track edit/delete buttons and the Column visibility, Track settings, and Delete visible items controls from extra-small to small.
Validation: all six existing BottomBarTrackItemView tests pass; ESLint and TypeScript checks pass. Browser visual verification has not been performed.
